I’m excited to share a new educational project developed for students, instructors, and makers interested in hands-on mechanical and mechatronic design.  This project explores the complete digital-to-physical workflow — from CAD modeling and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to 3D printing, tolerance design, and functional assembly.  The Gearbox Housing is one of several components in a larger system designed to teach and learn about engineering.
