I have a friend that bought a jump pack with a broken knob. He knew I would be able to print a replacement. I printed a file he found on another site, when i tried to install the two parts in that file but the knob was damaged beyond repair. i took it apart and when i inspected i found four parts needed replacement. i made two into 1 and then made the cap for the switch and the cammed cylinder that the pin rides on inside the switch. i used threaded inserts instead of the nuts that hold the cap

This is a solid design. I am not sure why but all of these have the screw holes too small. I feel like i am missing something. Another critique would be that there is not a notch or recess for the door handle to lock into. It would be nice for opening and closing. I printed in Bambu PETG HF white with the designers profile, everything came out perfect!
