Hello everyone, I have a P1S that I got not too long ago, so it hasn’t been heavily used. It had been printing normally without issues, until yesterday when I tried to print something in multicolor and couldn’t load the filament. It stays exactly like it does in the video the whole time, and now I can’t print anything using the AMS. I’ve cleaned it, unscrewed parts, and checked underneath to see if anything was stuck, but found nothing. If anyone has any idea what might be going on, I’d really appreciate your help. Thanks!
