My wife has a craft business and makes ornaments with our laser cutters, which she then voluntold me to help her out with. She wants to customize at shows, so to make that easier, I designed and built this jig. It will allow me to basically set up an assembly line of putting them in the jig and repeating the logo engrave over and over. This works for both a 3" diameter and 4" diameter ornament. Secured with two thumbscrews.

This is a jig for a standard 3" ornament that is designed to fit within any existing 100mm/4" square coaster jig. The idea being that it's more universal this way and I can use it in more than just my XTOOL F1 laser. The pictures shown are the jig sitting inside of a 4-in-1 F1 jig that I grabbed from MakerWorld, but this design was started from scratch.

My kid's swim team used to pass around an old sombrero that they could wear if they beat a PR (personal record) or won their heat. Given the wonderful nature of what happens to a hat when it gets repeatedly put onto wet heads, it has been safely removed to the nearest biohazard waste facility. I decided to take their logo and turn it into a medallion for use on a hype chain. I'm sure we're not to the only team with Bettas as the mascot. Well, maybe we are.
