Works great!

Definitely worth the print time. This thing is a blast. I had bad luck printing with Bambu PETG (thinking I needed the extra strength). The parts just didn't line up correctly. Once I switched everything to PLA Basic, all of the parts fit together great. However, there was some trial and error putting it together and taking it apart, until I got the gears to mesh correctly with the outer toothed sleeves. I did grease it up with some waterproof zipper lubricant (leftover from a soft sided cooler), which worked great. After the break-in period, it turns very smoothly.

Another great way to use the propeller launcher. A larger diameter would be awesome.
