Functional 3D Printed Mill&nbsp;Purchased components are listed below, these are McMaster-Carr part numbers with the exception of the router which I purchased on Amazon. You could definitely source cheaper hardware, but the bolts that are labeled (Fully Threaded) need to be. The router is just a cheap one so you may want a better router, or already have one. I included a step file of that part so that you can modify to fit another router.&nbsp;When assembling I would recommend tapping the ½-13 holes if you have a tap, I was able to assemble without it, but it took some working back and forth to make it smooth, and WD-40 can help as well. Turned out to work great.The assembly consists of the following parts: Bottom Tray: <img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/678120/2024-03-09_52bc4f5b6a06.png"> This is the main part which holds water. It has guides for the pots and slots for the connecting beams. It should have enough solid bottom layers to avoid any infill. Just to make sure it's completly watertight.&nbsp;Connecting Beam: <img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/678120/2024-03-09_ab0b1e814f06f.png"> This is the part that supports the top plate. You will need 4 of these &nbsp;Pot: <img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/678120/2024-03-09_fb839ee86539c.png"> This is the pot itself. It consists of two parts that snap together. PLA seems to hold up pretty good for this part, but PETG or ABS might be a better choice. I made a filament swatch card holder in credit card size (thickness with cover: 4mm), perfect for those who just want to keep tab on their filament colors in a simple way.&nbsp;The swatch holder also includes a cover. You can fully customize the color of the emblem and the cover itself. I also made several covers with popular filament brands on them. The colors of the brand logos are customizable as well.&nbsp;The swatch itself is 10mmx10mm, and i made a small chamfer on the bottom to compensate for the elephant foot. I also made 8 swatches, a blank one, and 7 others with labels of different filament types on them.&nbsp;If you intend to print the swatches with the labels, I recommend that you print the swatch with the Wall Generator “Arachne” for a slightly better quality. If you wish for a nice matte finish, print everything on a smooth PEI plate, but it&#39;s not a must.&nbsp;Keep in mind that the swatches fit nicely in the holder, but don&#39;t take them out and put them in too often or they&#39;ll become loose.&nbsp;I printed the swatch card with the 0.2mm nozzle so i don&#39;t guarantee that it&#39;ll work with the 0.4mm nozzle.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

My entry for the 0.2 mm nozzle contest!&nbsp;Here is a fun key chain I designed, with a QR code that takes you to everyone&#39;s favorite 80s pop sensation! The troll smile on the back serves to remind you (and others) about the laughter that awaits!&nbsp;Prints best in 0.2 mm nozzle, but takes quite some time. A much quicker print using the 0.4 mm nozzle, though slightly less quality. Still works just fine for camera to read the code.&nbsp;Cheers!

It has been chamfered to avoid elephant legs. In theory, it can be assembled after printing, but it still needs to deal with the hinge hole of the cover and the hook of the buckle. The hinge can use 1.75mm filament wire.
