Needed someplace to house my Airpods case while I sit at my desk. Turns out the underside of an old Rain Design laptop stand is the perfect place to hide one. The downward angle is not a problem in any way. This mount holds the case plenty snug to keep things from sliding out. The use of thin, double sided 3M tape helps the flush mount aesthetic quite well. The only downside, if you can call it that, is the charging light is completely obscured. If that is important to you then this may not be the model for you. For me, it's exactly what I needed.

This is the model to print, folks! No supports needed. 2.5g Model printed perfectly with just the right amount of “snugness”. Protip for those of us who live in freedom unit land - a #6 countersunk screw head is slightly too big for the screw holes. As such, you will need to widen the screw hole if using a #6 or larger screw to mount this bracket.
