Built a 100W bidirectional USB-C PD power bank using an IP2368 board + leftover Molicel P30Bs in a 4S2P pack (~87Wh). It worked great for small devices, but my MacBook pull made the board thermal throttle bad; I strapped on a big heatsink (from a dead Raspberry Pi 5) and it’s been flawless at sustained 100W clean PD negotiation, no dropouts. Note: no BMS, build at your own risk :)
