Hey everyone! I designed a replacement gear for the Dyson V6 motorized brush head (marked T103310 4B on original). It fits inside the motor assembly, linking the motor to the brush via a toothed belt. This part handles heavy stress, friction, and heat—especially if the brush jams. Hey 3D printing community! Here's my design for a replacement connector for Natuzzi Italia sectional couches. It uses a plastic piece on each section and a toothed bar to link them. I've modeled 2/3 parts: Male Connector & Bar Connector (3rd not needed yet). Print Male: 100% infill, on side w/ Cura tree supports in PETG/ABS (PLA too brittle) for strength along grain. Print Bar: 100% infill, flat no supports in any filament (PLA ok); infill optional for PETG/ABS. Feedback welcome!
