I was frustrated with not being able to find the correct threaded insert parts for my beer tap handles. I know you can find brass ones, but why not print them?I have included two models, the only difference is the exterior dimension, the internal threads are the same. The metric insert is 18mmx20mm and the imperial insert is 3/4"x3/4". Use Thingiview to flip the model and view the threads.You can remix these inserts in your own tap handle designs for printing. They are designed with proper clearances for a filament printer for the 3/8"-16 thread commonly found on tap handles.You can also drill a hole in the bottom of a non-printed handle you have made and use this as a thread insert.I have even included a STEP file so you can import it and work within your CAD software to eliminate, add or modify anything you like.Before you add this to your model, do a test print of just the insert to be sure it fits correctly. Then modify it if you need to and add it to your CAD model. It&#39;s your responsibility to test it for safety! Don&#39;t even think about highway speeds.&nbsp;PLA is fine if you don&#39;t intend to leave it out in the sun long term.

The Beatles Abby Road LED Light box.I used aluminum reflective tape on the inside wall of the box and also on the backplate. UPDATE: I have uploaded a profile with the model for a square frame lock that fits this frame as per a request. This is really only necessary if you have thinner prints that bow using the original locks.&nbsp;Please use my print profile as the frame locks have a tight tolerance and results may be problematic otherwise.&nbsp;This frame is completely custom designed to hold most 200x200 Hueforge prints of varying depths. It should hold prints up to 6mm, which is far deeper than most prints. The frame locks have a nice tight fit to hold the prints of varying depths. This model is completely designed by me for the purpose of retailing my Hueforge prints, which I am constantly updating on my <a href="www.bedlam3dz.com" rel="nofollow">Website</a>, and is strictly for personal use. If you would like to resell this model check out my club on Printables. &nbsp;This frame will perfectly fit all models I upload, and the vast majority of 200x200mm prints that others have shared. The hanger cutout is made so that prints with lob sided weight can be adjusted by using the teeth to easily level it. The frame is printed face down for a nice finish. Your plate type will determine the type of finish on the front side of the frame. I have used the gold textured plate that comes with the P1S in the attached photos.&nbsp;PRINT and ASSEMBLY:&nbsp;No supports needed. 0.16 Optimal layer height has provided the cleanest prints, especially the sides of the frame.Print both plates. 1 frame and two locks.Place the frame face down on a surface that will not scratch it.Orient your print face down so that the top aligns with the wall hanger cutout and insert it into the frame.Insert one frame lock at a time and make sure you are pushing both ends in evenly. If you try to push one side at a time it will bind up. If you push one side in too far compared to the opposite side just flip it over and push it back out and retry until it is in properly.It is a simple process and everyone that does not require a caution label on their coffee should breeze through it.&nbsp;

For printing of really abrasive filaments - take better 30mm PTFE tube - then PTFE inserts are rubbed off more slowly, as short one.&nbsp;Please read the print instructions carefully! They are important so that the small parts can be printed correctly and then sit and hold well on the feeder!
