I purchased an FMS Ridge Racer U4 and have had nothing but broken control arms. Since they don't seem to want to restock these control arms I have been on a months long mission to create a control arm that can be 3D printed. FDM has proven difficult due to the RC size and weight, things have to be perfect. It has been a months long project of material science research, 3D printing technologies research and lots of testing which is still ongoing.

loved this, printed fantastic! I printed it at 0.16 layer height with Polymaker earth brown then did a very basic paint job afterwards! ivory for the stitching, 50/50 agrax and nuln oil wash, black for the eyes, and a very light dry brush with morghast bone
