I used to work in the oil field and lost a latch for my Neiko 3/8" drive impact socket set container. I reverse-engineered the remaining latch to create a printable version that works great. I added manual solid supports (10% infill) in the STEP file separate from slicer supports to ensure better print quality. Assembly is simple: print both parts, cut a 3 mm stainless steel rod to length, then slide it through the hinge holes. Enjoy!
