#Ratings sadly, I submitted a rating with comments suggesting that my experience may be due more to my inexperience and machine faults with a 3. To me...3 is not a bad rating. A 3 is average or somewhat non committal. I was replied to with a somewhat mean/negative retort telling me to work out my problems and not submit a rating until I've done so. Wow! I've been submitting tickets to bambu for assistance both machine and technical support and not getting any responses whatsoever. I've also reached out to the community asking for tutoring or assistance and no bites I get reminders constantly asking for my review so I complied with all caviats...and this is how I get treated!? Thanks for the support fellow 3Ders!
