<h3>Bees may have bestagons but humans still build rectangular walls. So here are the rectangular frame pieces!</h3>There are framed pieces for a few different sizes:<ul><li>The 12x9 System - recommended for X1 and P1 series printers - the middle pieces are 12 cells wide by 9 cells high. This makes the biggest pieces per print on a 256x256 bed with a filament cutter exclusion area (i.e. on a P1P/P1S/X1C without physically blocking out the filament cutter). The middle piece can be found <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/16011" rel="nofollow noopener">here</a> and I also included this in the print profiles as it is my model (it's one of the first things I modelled and shared after getting my P1P!).</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>The 12x10 System - recommended for the A1 - the middle pieces are 12 cells wide by 10 cells high. This makes the biggest pieces per print on a 256x256 bed without an exclusion area (i.e. on an A1 or a <a target="_blank" href="https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/knowledge-sharing/print-volume-limitations" rel="nofollow noopener">tweaked</a> P1P/P1S/X1C). The middle piece can be found <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/16011" rel="nofollow noopener">here</a> and I also included this in the print profiles as it is my model.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>The 8x7 system - recommended for the A1 Mini - the middle pieces are 8 cells wide by 7 cells high. These are designed to maximise the 180x180 bed of the Prusa Mini, and consequently will also maximise the bed of the A1 mini. The middle piece for this system can also be found <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/22521" rel="nofollow noopener">here</a>, uploaded by the OG creator, rostap. I did not include the middle piece here as rostap has modelled it first and uploaded it to his page.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>The 10x10 system - the middle pieces are 10 cells wide by 10 cells high. These also fit on a 256x256 bed. This makes panels that have a more rectangular aspect ratio and less cells but you may have already started printing these. These may also better fit your wall space that you are trying to fill up due to the slightly different dimensions. The middle piece can be found <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/22521" rel="nofollow noopener">here</a>, uploaded by the OG creator. I did not include the middle piece here as rostap has modelled it first and uploaded it to his page.</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>The 10x8 system - the middle pieces are 10 cells wide by 8 cells high. These max out a 220x220 bed (Ender 3 and Similar). The middle piece can be found <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/22521" rel="nofollow noopener">here</a>, uploaded by the OG creator, rostap. I did not include the middle piece here as rostap has modelled it first and uploaded it to his page.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;For those of you that want other sizes for other printer beds, remix is allowed! Portafilter hangers<ul><li>Consider the temperature of the portafilter you hang, if you plan on hanging it straight from the coffee machine, you might not want to use PLA.</li><li>You can put a small insert in between and below the hangers to prevent the handle from touching the wall. Print the hangers first, measure the gap, and print the appropriate insert. This print-in-place locking bag clip has been designed so that it can be printed without supports, has a fun curvy shape, uses an outward angled handle for easier one-handed use, and is a nice size at just under 6 cm when closed.<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/user/3485677045/draft/2023-09-21_kei37ynb43g3.gif"></figure>I'd recommend you set the “Strength→ Wall Loops" option to at least 5 for increased strength. In addition to the STL, I'm also attaching the Fusion360 file if you'd like to make adjustments.&nbsp;The original “Cam Lock Bag Clip.stl” (which I'd still recommend you start with if you're printing in PLA) is designed with a .2 mm tolerance around the pivot joints. If you have trouble with the plastic fusing in your print conditions though or are printing in other materials - such as PETG, I've now also attached two versions that increase the spacing tolerance slightly (.3 mm and .4 mm) which you could use as an alternative.&nbsp;This is a complete from-scratch design, but there are many great cam locking clips. Although notably different, I've marked this model as a remix of the very cool model that ‘jfedor’ did which used a similar approach for making a clip printable without requiring supports (which itself was a remix of Andrei's popular version that does require supports).

All the parts is printed beside the Light source (Cat Light). I will put information of this Cat light so you can buy it via amazon, I don't have any affiliate link or anything, so I will provide information you will need to do you own research and buy the Cat light.&nbsp;When it works with different light & filaments.<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/556982/2024-01-29_fc6e7544caab1.gif"></figure>&nbsp;This design idea come from Cat light, I was playing with my cats with this cat light that my boss bought a while ago. I relize that this Cat light come with strong while light, violet light, and red light. So I came up a idea to fully utilize these light to make a Light sword. Design was focused on adopt and integrate this CAT light into the system.I want it to hide inside of the sword, but you could still switch the light, to turn it on and off. I also want it to be able to retractable, so it will be fun to play. So, eventually I came up with this design.&nbsp;&nbsp;This Sword takes around 4h20m to print on X1C, takes around 140g of filaments.&nbsp;&nbsp;<h3>Upadate: 1.8.1 (2/1/2021) </h3>Improving tolerancing on light switch mechanism, improving lower external shell & cap tolerancing. Some silk filaments will have very poor layer adhesion due to high speed printing cause part failure.<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/556982/2024-01-29_081a4cd97007d.png"></figure>&nbsp;<h3>Filaments that I use for internal parts:</h3>Glow in green: Inland Grow in the dark ABS. Muti-color one: Gradient Multicolor Grow in the dark PLA.&nbsp;<h2>Post Work:</h2>You will need to remove the brim on the internal parts, it should be very easy to remove. Since I don't know what filaments you are going to use, since filaments sinkage rate have big different from type to type / brand to brand. Since I decided post this design, I want to get it to able to work for most people. So find a balance between different material is very challenging. So it will ensure it will print successfully. If you are printing with WOOD filament, make sure you use 0.6mm nozzle and reduce the flow rate to 0.9. Other wise you may will have issue the filament clog within the nozzle, happened to me... Sad story. Also, wood filament may over extruding and cuse parts not fully extend, make sure you calibrate it!!! If the filament you use shinks a lot, parts might slide out. She said it would be cool if I can design something like Wand. I said, okay. Because she is boss so I have agree whatever she said. I started searching how the heck a wand that she like looks like and get some idea of it. At the mean time, I was trying use similar retractable mechanism from Bamboo Sword design. Eventually, I found the wand style that she like, (credit to Arcan Matteo). So I designed the similar organic look. and it looks very rough, my organic design is not that good. So I started working on retractable mechanism, my boss mentioned she want the wand to be short. So there are a lot of parameters need to be change from larger size one.&nbsp;<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/413419/2023-11-25_a5a9fa271a7bb.png"></figure>Since the fundamental of retractable mechanism is all about interlocking, with smaller object, the interlocking mechanism design is going to be very ticky.Spend a few hour get design done and first prototype done. But having issue pree parts back on. Not much weight increased, but better than none.&nbsp;Some of the fialure one during design, interesting thing during RnD, since this wand have such little size, ther interlock partS will be greatly effect by 0.1mm to 0.2mm parameter differences.(10mm OD good, 10.2mm OD part fly out, or stuck.)
