A1 no AMS will not do update for firmware. Loads to 25% then stops, says to restart the maching. constant circle. put in a help ticket a week ago no response. any ideas? printer will not print. it will accept the print from the slicer then starts the start up, heat up process. puts down less than 1 layer and stops. if you pause and start again it will print for a second or two the stop again.

P1S and A1 both now are taking almost double the time when printing parts as they did. What changed? i dont understand how a 90 min print is 3 hrs now. anyone else having issues with the time it takes to print now? i just noticed it over the weekend when i typically crank out a few items and barely got 2 done.
