Based on 24/410 model from Printables https://www.printables.com/model/254386-shampoohair-carecosmetics-bottle-cap-24410/files This is a 27mm variety that I adapted to fit my kids Nordic Naturals DHA bottle. It was dropped and broken so I needed a new one.
