The stock Ascend 133X inserts don’t line up with most transom mounts, so I printed a mounting plate to match the kayak and drilled new holes in the metal bracket. Everything’s torqued down with M6 stainless bolts and sealed with marine caulk. It lines up clean, holds solid, and fits the CopOnPC throttle build perfectly. It’s ready for the water. Let me know if you want the model or want to remix it for your kayak.

Here’s the rotary rudder system I built for the left-hand side of my Ascend 133X. Based it off the Tim Percy concept but built from the ground up. Cables run through 5mm PVC brake housing to a universal kayak rudder I rigged with crimped stainless cable and sleeve stops. Everything is mounted with T-tracks and repositionable ball joints so I can swing it out of the way when paddling or duck hunting. Printed the whole setup in ASA. It feels solid and smooth. Just wrapped up a throttle controller designed for the Ascend 133X kayak. It uses a TXKEX 60A PWM with the display, switch, and potentiometer all relocated into a 3D-printed housing mounted to the right side tackle tray. Had to splice and extend the PWM wires to reach a waterproof ammo can where the actual controller lives. Everything’s printed in ASA for durability. Happy to answer questions or hear what upgrades you’d recommend. Built under CopOnPC — more to come soon.

I was contacted by someone in the same line of work as myself. and was asked to make some parts for an old vintage fire engine made in the 1980s. The original parts were made out of pressed steel. The parts asked to make were the winch wheel and ladders that were missing from the original. The wheel is press fit to the worm gear and the ladders two on each side set on hooks. One ladder is on the top that extends on the top. This was done to complete a toy for the contacts grandson.
