I am a mostly music related Youtuber but also work on 3d printing quite a bit hoping to use it as a great prototyping tool. I enjoy Music, Gaming and Airsoft among other things. So Just about anything could be posted here from utility to fun.

#2024 Annual Summary I primarily use maker world to try to work my way to getting new printers to help my business, personal, and YouTubing endeavors. So just about all of my truly original creations have companion videos about how they were designed. These show the steps in the process, the thought process about how I got there, the mistakes that sometimes lead to compromise, and hopefully in the end, some tips to be taken and applied to your own models. I'm no professional in CAD design by any means, but have learned certain tricks along the way that may make designing for others more approachable or easier for them.
I have tried to focus my models, and format my videos as; I have a problem. Here's how I fixed it with CAD and 3D printing.
- My first was a 9V battery terminal cover made mainly for guitar pedal battery storage. Which looks pretty good for being one of my first "productive" builds.
- Next, a long while later, after I found out the hardware requirements, I made a fully functional base for a microphone mount.
- After that, in a much more timely manor, I made a very specific tool. I created an insert for the Mini amp called the FLY 3 by Blackstar. This amp is semi popular among the not as popular mini amp category of guitar amplifiers. It rattled when you didn't have batteries in the slots, and when using the DC connection. So I made a TPU model solution for this issue that almost completely dampened the rattle if this cool little practice tool.
- Finally, for my productive models of this year, I was making a video about COMTAC Headphones in music, and I wanted to display the headphones for some shots. So instead of holding them and spinning them, I decided since I have the technology, I wanted to make a more professional solution. The original goal was to make the
most basic headphone stand you have ever seen, but I eventually decided to make it look better and ended up making alternate versions for other users who may want to use the model after I uploaded it.
These models were not my most popular of course. Especially the really specific ones. However I have found most of my small success on this platform by making semi 3D wall art based off pop culture logos. I try to cater toward a few different styles in these uploads and my most popular one has been the Skyrim Logo, which also was one of the best ones in regards of how the detailing turned out so far.
I have had a decently productive year, and hope to be more productive this year! Thank you to everyone who rated my models and profiles. Eventually it will go to great use and YouTube content in the future. Happy New Year Everyone! I hope the length and detail doesn't disqualify me lol.
