#Help Center Hello. I have recently bought a new Bambu Smooth PEI Plate - X1 Series/P1 Series/A1 Series and I am facing some issues with it. Every print that I do is leaving some sort of marks on the plate, marks that are afterwards transferred to the next print (and subsequent next prints as well). I am mentioning that I am cleaning the plate after each print with warm water and dish soap. Also, I have tried on both of the surfaces and both are presenting the same issue. I am attaching some pictures and videos that are describing the issue. Moreover I want to mention also that this happens on any of the stl / 3mf that I am printing.

A friend of mine asked me if I can create a vase in the shape of a guitar and use a test tube as well. Here is the result.  Simple, yet elegant vase in the shape of a guitar using a test tube for flowers.  The hole for the test tube is set to 21.7 as diameter as this was the diameter of the test tube that I had available.
