This is a set of models for an adjustable depth gauge intended as a woodshop aide for setting a Table Saw&#39;s blade height, a Router&#39;s bit height or a Drill Press&#39;s plunge depth.  I&#39;ve included models for both Imperial (scale in inches) and Metric (scale in cm). These can be printed without supports however print quality improves slightly with supports and only adds a small amount of supports.&nbsp;The Caliper has a Top Shelf and a Bottom Shelf for setting depth or height. The Bottom Shelf is for setting height above a table such as the table saw.  After setting the Caliper, raise the height of the Table Saw blade to touch the Bottom Shelf. The Top Shelf is 5 mm higher and is intended to be used with a Drill Press for setting the drill&#39;s plunge depth. On the ruler side of the caliper is a Tab. The bottom edge of the Tab corresponds to the height above the table of the Bottom Shelf. The top of the Tab corresponds to the height above the table of the Top Shelf.&nbsp;Main Body: choose between the Imperial or metric Main Body. I recommend printing the Main Body with PLA and with a 0.2mm layer Height, 15% infill and 2 wall loops. The Main Body has locations for up to 6 magnets that measure 10 mm by 2.7mm; installing only 4 in the corners should be sufficient. These magnets are optional and not required. The magnets fit very tight in the cutouts and require a lot of force to install. This is so they don&#39;t fall out during use. If using magnets make sure to fully seat flush as they can affect depth tolerance. Also turn supports on if using magnets to maintain cutout tolerance.&nbsp;Slider: The slider requires 3 components (TSlot, Caliper and Knob). I&#39;ve included 2 sets. One is for using M5 hardware and the second is for 1/4x20 hardware.  Pick the proper set of 3 files for the hardware you&#39;ve selected. M5 or 1/4x20 can be used with either main body. I prefer the M5 hardware however 1/4x20 may be more readily available for some.&nbsp;TSlot: I recommend printing at a layer height of 0.15 or 0.16mm with 5 wall loops. Supports are optional however to maintain the integrity of the hex screw-head cutout I recommend turning supports on.&nbsp;Caliper:  I recommend printing at a layer height of 0.15 or 0.16mm with 5 wall loops. Supports are not required.&nbsp;Knob:  I recommend printing at a layer height of 0.15 or 0.16mm with 5 wall loops. Supports are optional however to maintain the integrity of the hex screw-head cutout I recommend turning supports on. &nbsp;Hardware: The depth gauge requires either an M5-20 hex head bolt and mating nut or 0.75&#34; long 1/4-20 hex head bolt and mating nut.&nbsp;Assembly:  Assembly is easy. First build the Slider by inserting the bolt into the TSlot component. Next install the Caliber over the bolt followed by the Knob. Insert the nut into the Knob and turn the Knob until the nut engages with the bolt. Finally, insert the Slider Assembly into the main body. Set the desired depth and tighten down the knob.

All 3d printable parts are available, Gerber PCB are packed in zip for easy drag-drop in your prefered provider (JCLPCB, PCBWay, etc). Benchy Display Stand - A good way to keep track of filaments you printed with. Added a free-stand base and side frames to four of those modules. Makes a nice display for available filaments and colors. The whole construction came out very stable, but to stay on the safe side I added a bunch of M6 nuts in the base to make it a bit weighty.

I printed mine in Sunlu silk pla+ all outer walls at 40/mms. I attached all parts with ca glue and activator and for the shoulder and elbow pegs I use tape to make the joint tight so it can still move but lock in place.&nbsp;Due to file size I uploaded as draft quality, i printed all mine at .2 layer height with 15% infill and 3-4 walls&nbsp;Also more than one part can fit per plate it was having issues uploading full plates.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Supports are a per plate situation and all are not the same, you will need to pick the best option for each print, I already have the parts in the best orientation to print. The 4th slot is swapped out for the red toolbox
