I have an EV charger in my garage and occasionally charge the car when it's parked outside. When I close the garage door, the door slams into the cable and although the cable is pretty rigid, I was worried that over time it would do damage to the cable of the charger's cable. Lots of these protectors at retail but none I really liked as I wanted one with the absolute minimum height to reduce the chance the door rebounds and minimize the space for things to get through.
