I won't keep because it fits too loose on the cardboard. I ended up printing a different model that clips to the holes of the cardboard. But thank you either way for your contribution to the community.

Fitted perfectly into the AMS. Robust and stable. It consumes a bit of filament to print, but they look strong and durable. Printed in PLA.

Really good. The little tabs fit slightly loosely into the poop chute, and I prefer this way to avoid the risk of scratches that could be caused if the plastics were to rub each other. If you want a tighter fit, I would recommend to stick to the tabs something very thin made of rubber or foam.

It's well made. However, I printed it to use with my Bambu Lab AMS and the spool wouldn't turn, probably because the sides of the spool are too thin to properly grip inside the AMS. I will still use this print in my garage to organize some lengthy power extension cords. So It's still a win. The designer doesn't say that this spool was battle tested on the AMS, so I don't blame for my lack of success. The print is still good.

I confirm that by the time I wrote this comment the model from the plate 1 still works for new Elegoo filaments. The cardboard doesn't lose its form despite the tight fit. That said, you should apply a little bit of pressure to tuck the cardboad inside the adapter. At the beginning of the print job the spool might shake and adjust a little bit, but it did very well its job.
