When I first used Polymaker’s cardboard spools on my Bambu Lab A1 Mini, I ran into some annoying issues—the spool hole was too big, causing wobble, and the cardboard created too much resistance when spinning. Sometimes, the spool even arrived bent from shipping, making filament feeding even worse.

So, I designed this simple adapter to fix those problems! Now, my spools spin smoothly, and printing is hassle-free. Hope it helps others too!
