I&#39;ve seen a few 2&#34;/2.5&#34; mini hitches on makerworld and decided to create my own from scratch with the following features:<ul><li>Round parts (bolt, pin and clip) are 100% round by standing upright.</li><li>No glue is required. Assemble and you&#39;re done.</li><li>It&#39;s a real M6.6x1.5 screw! Tolerance is very tight, you&#39;ll have to use a real wrench to tighten it.</li><li>Minimal use of supports, only the bolt needs supports. Clever use of mini supports on the base.</li><li>Optimized for minimal filament use. The pin and base are completely hollow and do not need supports. Only 53g in total!</li></ul>The model is split on 4 plates to make it easy to print in 4 colors. I used Bambu PETG Basic Gold, Black, Gray and Red. Designed to be printed in PETG. You can print in PLA but the colors will fade within a few months.
