it’s a little loose so I opened it in Bambu studio and sliced it vertically and scooted the clip in a little to make it tighter. so the second one I printed that was adjusted to be tighter came out great. I wish it was a little larger to cover the whole gap on the entire left side instead of just the top corner. I have a 21 explorer limited hybrid that I’m using it on. ford really dropped the ball on the visor, that gap has been a PITA for years for me and this partially solved my problem!

good, maybe angle the bottom down so water doesn’t collect between the holes

when the cup is opened it presses against the top of the plate and pops it off. I’ve tried every adhesive known to man at this point. finally gave up. it needs to be shorter so the cup doesn’t force it to pop up when it’s opened.

it failed twice, I had to use tree supports and paint extra supports under Mongo’s arms. then it printed fine. it is very difficult to get the supports out of his mouth but I was expecting that after reading all the comments.
