repurpose the plastic pins use to store korean seaweed

Create this to mount Tapo C220 camera on my monitor

I design this as I unable to find replacement parts for just the rubber pads for the Lenovo T14s. Log case with Lenovo they say only able to replace the bottom plate but not just the rubber pads only
