One evening, I decided to design a minimalistic yet reliable Apple AirTag keychain using Fusion 360. I aimed for a snug fit with a clean, functional look. After refining the model for strength and flexibility, I printed it on my Bambu Lab A1 using eSun TPU 95A, a 0.16 layer height, fuzzy skin, and a textured PEI plate. The print took just 23 minutes and required no supports. The result is a sleek, durable, and flexible keychain—simple, effective, and perfect for everyday use.
