I’ve had this Epiphone Les Paul for years, and while preparing to pass it down to my son, I found the nut was worn out. I designed and 3D-printed a new one with six evenly spaced slots and a subtle curve so the strings sit snug. The first print had sharp edges, so I smoothed the areas the hand touches. Printed in PETG, it sounds surprisingly good. The height and width can be easily adjusted to fit different guitars.

for screw holes, 5 or 6 walls at printing are recommended.
