I made a start on using the Blue Wave base. I went with Eryone Burnt Titanium blue, BL Silk+ blue and BL Silk+ sky blue.

I was concerned that the angle of the prints would be an issue so I thoroughly cleaned the plate and tried without support. The Burnt Titanium was very poor and scratchy so I manually derived the best temp, flow ratio, max vol and ILFR and reprinted very slowly with 0.08mm layer. It came out brilliantly.
The blue silk+ came out with a very rough surface at first try so I worked out the figures manually again and went for it. Perfect.
I used the same numbers for sky blue and it came out right first time.

I used dried transparent PETG for the pegs and I found they were a bit long, there was a noticeable gap between the sections. I shrunk the pegs by 5% in the y-axis and tried again, came out right.

I particularly like the seigaiha edging all the way around. 

edit: I've put it together now. I had to file the recess for the USB connector, but it all feels solid.
