I've been fascinated by 3D printing since 2014 and took the plunge to build my first 3D printer, a Velleman model, from scratch. It was a labor of love, with me assembling each component and making my first prints - a set of ep-tubs. While it was a great learning experience, unfortunately, the printer wasn't entirely reliable, often failing to produce even simple designs. Fast forward 10 years, I decided to upgrade to a new Bambu Lab X1 Carbon. This marks the beginning of a new chapter in my 3D printing journey.
