Retired Military, Got into 3d printing after getting into custom fpv drones and found a need to make and print so many parts just to keep flying. Started printing with an offbrand printer then on to the ender series where ive put thousands of hours of print time and hundreds of hours of customizing and tuning and now that im tired of constantly tuning im using bambu x1c so i can spend more time designing and printing instead of tuning and maintenance.

Door hanger for a 28mm or 1-1/8 thick door. I've downloaded many different hangers for doors and none of them were the exact size I needed or they flexed too much so I made a simple one that fits my door exactly. I gave the hanger 2mm gap to fit fairly snug and not loose like all the ones ive tried before. This one I tried to keep it thin enough so the door would close with no problem and it ended up printing it solid which seems to work great. Print time is less than 50 minutes.
