This is my 3rd iteration of Ammo Inserts. The first were designed for round tins like ZYN and VELO. But I noticed almost no one had made inserts for on! nicotine pouch tins — the rectangular format. So, I took on the challenge and designed these inserts to fit on! tins, providing discreet ammo storage. Currently, they’re available for .22 LR and .380 ACP, with plans to expand to more calibers. Perfect for anyone looking for a compact, low-profile storage solution.

I’ve been working on a small, practical print that turns used ZYN tins into discreet ammo storage. It’s a drop-in, caliber-specific insert that friction-fits inside an empty ZYN can and holds spare rounds cleanly and quietly. From the outside it still looks like a normal tin. Current versions: 9mm, .380 ACP, .22 LR. Prints flat, no supports. Works well for range bags, glove boxes, and tool kits. Feedback on tolerances or ideas for additional calibers welcome.

After seeing a lot of ammo inserts for Altoid tins, I thought, why not make ammo storage out of used Zyn tins? I don't use Altoids, but I do use Zyn and have a lot of old tins laying around. Now I can hide my extra ammo rounds in plain sight.
