 I would like to design a luggage tag with a police enblem. the front should be the design the back should be the back of the design (Miror Image) with a white banner empty so that the Office can use a sharpie to write his name.

I am new at this; I just got a Bambo X1C for a hobby. I am trying to make luggage tags for the place I work. All I have is a jpeg of the item, but I want to print in two colors, every program I use to slice gets the letters all messed up. I need help in making these tags I have to print 15 of them but so far no luck.
