I found a creator of texture rollers that I really like. The first one I printed was inverted, and I realized that is not the version I wanted, so it was then that I realized I should click the first file of each of their projects. Inverted = debossed. Regular = standard or embossed. I've printed half a dozen, and have chosen the first file, not the inverted one, and it is sort of like a crap shoot as to which file actually prints, even though I did not select the file labeled inverted. I am completely willing to say so if I am mistaken or wrong, but it would seem like that would be the case only if I kept altering which file I clicked on. The creator has some wonderful files, but I hate to keep guessing which one I'm going to end up with, and I don't want to print both of them just to get the one I want. I wrote to the creator, but have not yet received a response, they may be busy. Is there any other explanation, other than they may have accidentally added their files in the wrong order according to how they are labeled?

I was interested in purchasing a gadget that is used to make strips for basket weaving. Apparently, it was a limited collaboration a few years ago, and they are only shipped in the UK. This looks like a relatively simple print for 3D, but I have very limited knowledge about things like this. I thought maybe something like this already existed, especially since so many people use a similar looking gadget to make thin ribbons for gift wrapping. Perhaps I am using the wrong search terms to find such a file. I find it hard to believe such a file does not already exist in the 3D world. Many thanks for any help you may be able to offer. 🙂
