Great design! I initially printed four units using the default PLA profile, and while two came out acceptable, some small parts detached from the others mid-print. Likely due to adhesion issue on the textured PEI plate. I’m now testing a new configuration on my H2D printer: PLA-BASIC at 220 °C, bed at 60 °C, cooling completely turned off, and all first layer speeds reduced to 30 mm/s. The plate was also thoroughly cleaned with Dawn and isopropyl alcohol. If this setup gives more consistent results, I’ll upload the tuned profile so others can benefit.
