Printed in Polymaker Polylite ASA Jet Black and Red, to match the original color scheme. I also used the budget no-key-back device with the compact mount remix from Printables that mounts the NKB flat against the back. Overall it turned out great! I also printed the drawer which I had gotten through my subscription over on Printables.

Overall I'm very pleased with the outcome, and it works beautifully. 

A few suggestions that might also help some prospective users that ran into the same issues I did.

1. The BOM lists a quantity of 30 M3x5x4 brass inserts, but the 1S requires at least 35 by my count.

2. The plate of soldering iron adapters in the .3mf project file has an incorrectly sized 18mm generic adapter which is actually the same size as the 17mm adapter, despite having "18" embossed on it. The separate 18mm STL file is correctly sized. This caused multiple reprints before I figured it out.

3. The drawer needs a channel/rail so it doesn't slop around so much when opened.

Was about to design a case for the CH347 programmer when I ran across this one claiming it should fit. I can confirm it does work for the CH347 as-is, shim not required. 

I do have some different ideas that were leading me down the path of making my own, but this one will work for now. 

I created a new legend label for it, but need to find stickier labels or use some glue as my labels aren't staying stuck.

I like this button much better than the first one I tried.

My first attempt didn't work well as I printed with a 0.6 nozzle (it was in the printer already). The fit was just too tight and rough, likely due to the larger layer lines. The second attempt with a 0.4 nozzle and default 0.2 layer height was better, but required some wearing-in to get the parts to fit without sticking. It would have been usable but since it's not a lengthy print I tried a 3rd time at 0.12 layer height just to see if it improved any, and it came out perfect! 

Used a piece of double-sided Scotch tape to secure it and it works well with my Beelink Mate Mini dock. Photos may be hard to see well, I forgot to take photos before putting everything in place and didn't want to take it all out again.

Great print! Was about to buy something like this and thought I'd check MakerWorld first. This one looked promising, and it turned out better than expected. 

Printed in VOXELPLA PLA+ to try with my Amtech NC-559-V2 flux, it works great! Will be printing more for other fluxes and solder pastes I use.

When I have boosts again I'll be sure to send one or two over.
