<h2>ClipSpool - Hex</h2>&nbsp;After recently switching to only buying filament refills from BL where possible, I decided to design a spool to meet my needs, and get rid of my box of filament clips.&nbsp;This is designed to be compatible with the Bambu Lab's filament refills, including the little nub for preventing the cardboard inner from rotating freely, with a 55mm inner diameter, and 200mm outer diameter. The filament labels pop in and out, but still hold securely.The two halves of the spool thread together and friction keeps them locked in place. I have printed more than 4kg of filament using the different versions of the ClipSpool, and had no issues whatsoever.&nbsp;Updates: <ul><li>Added the blank label in Step format to make it easy to edit in CAD (thanks to everyone for messaging and asking for this). </li><li>Added video on one way to easily edit the blank label in Bambu Studio (GIF was unwatchable, so added a YouTube link)</li><li>Following multiple requests, I've added an adapter for those who like to respool with filament from another spool. See attached 3mf file. First requested by Josh @ <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/u/297989628" rel="nofollow noopener">https://makerworld.com/en/u/297989628</a></li></ul>&nbsp;<h3>Filament Clip</h3>The filament clip channel run 360 degrees around both halves of the spool. The channel is slightly wider that the filament, but the shape of the channel keeps everything securely in place. No more cutting off the deformed end of the filament, and it pops in or out with very little effort.&nbsp;The filament clip channel is identical on all versions of the ClipSpool. Video below shows how easy it is to lock the filament with one hand (video shows the Hex version - didn't make sense to make a new video for each version).&nbsp;<img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/622072/2024-02-06_b6cc12d7a067a.gif"><h3> </h3><h3>Filament Label</h3>I've found that I wanted to be able to quickly pick out some filament without wondering if it's Basic or Matte… or even PETG.You can of course put your name on the filament label instead, especially if you have a shared printer. I've included a blank label so that you can pop in to Bambu Studio and add your own text. I've also included a little label holder, so you have somewhere to store them. Stores Spools. Uses 4-1" id PVC tubing, 1.315 OD, 1.029 ID any length you choose. Designed to fit on 256mmx256mm Plate. Hot glue joints added if you choose to permanently attach together. No supports needed. Make these as long as you want I used 2ft sections of pipe. Also designed to stack as high as will allow the weight using the adapter included. Designed in Solidworks&nbsp;PLA or PLA+ works great, I used .25mm step, 2 walls 10% gyroid fill. On P1P Center takes 5hr, Both bottoms take 3.5hrs and both tops take 5 hours. Clean and minimalistic PS5 Controller Stand. I tried to make it as invisible as possible.The controller sits very stable in the holder.&nbsp;Print Settings:<ul><li>In my provided print profile, I carefully added tree supports to only support what is needed. I really liked the idea so I modelled my own Version in Blender and carefully shaped the tube part to follow the shape of the controller&#39;s legs. Furthermore, a 3D-Scan of the PS5 Controller was used to exactly model the base of the stand.  &nbsp;

This prints three layers of colour so the colours turn out nice and saturated and minimize waste. After the colour, there&#39;s one solid black layer, three layers of infill, and four final solid layers for the back for strength with the back pattern set to Hilbert Curve for a nice texture. There is a small hole in each model which is just large enough to fit a 1mm keychain jump ring. If you find it too small, you can modify the size of the “Keychain hole” object in BambuStudio to make it a little larger, or take a small drill bit and drill the final keychain to make it a little bigger!&nbsp;I purchased my <a target="_blank" href="https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07DC9YZXV/" rel="nofollow noopener">keychain set from Amazon</a> if you&#39;d like to get something similar! The 8mm x 2mm magnets I used can be <a target="_blank" href="https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B096ZSWJ23?psc=1&amp;ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details" rel="nofollow noopener">bought on Amazon</a> as well!&nbsp;<img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000399835/design/2024-03-20_f4485be613a11.png">All models have been flipped face down on the print bed so the surface texture from the PEI plate gives them a nice textured surface! All the different pieces of the models are there if you want to play around with it. There is one black ‘back’ piece in each keychain, which is perfectly aligned to the rest of the model. This causes some flickering in the viewport when moving around, but it disappears after slicing. If you modify the settings of that piece, it will affect the infill settings, so if you want to save a little filament, feel free to adjust it there!<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000399835/design/2024-03-20_9e75ede63aaad.gif"></figure>I made some changes to the first layer and first layer infill speeds, reducing them both by about half. This increases the print time for the first layer, but increases the bed adhesion and print quality a bit. If you find that the first layer is printing too slow for your liking, feel free to reset them both back to default settings in the speed tab.<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000399835/design/2024-01-15_c5fc221922c1c.webp"></figure>If you want some extra crisp pixels, you can try printing these with the 0.2mm nozzle, but I didn&#39;t think the increased print time was really worth the extra quality. It&#39;s definitely noticeable, but I didn&#39;t think the tradeoff was there. Feel free to experiment and try it yourself!&nbsp;<img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000399835/design/2024-03-20_0c94b91fe4567.png">Adding the magnets is easy! Buy some 8x2mm magnets from Amazon, along with some glue (I&#39;m using Gorilla Glue Gel). Drop a small amount of the glue into the holes, and insert the magnets ensuring they&#39;re facing the same direction so you don&#39;t have a polarity flip between the two :D&nbsp;<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000399835/design/2024-03-20_738b1b37b9c.gif"></figure>&nbsp;<img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000399835/design/2024-03-20_2eb8bab549fa1.png">Want to remove the keychain ring or hole? No problem! Each keychain has a “Keychain hole” or “Keychain Outer Ring/Keychain Inner Hole” object on each plate. Just select them, delete it, and re-slice! Same thing with the Magnet hole! Just delete that objects if you don&#39;t want them there.<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000399835/design/2024-03-20_a1133cd32757f.gif"></figure>Want to scale these up really large to make some wall art? Just delete the “Keychain hole” or “Magnet Hole” object, then scale the X and Y axis to fit your print bed. Keep the Z-Scale back to 3.08mm so you&#39;re not printing extra layers though!<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000399835/design/2024-03-20_bce10bca6a669.gif"></figure><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000399835/design/2024-03-20_d5b5935a02455.png">There&#39;s lots of different colour Yoshi&#39;s out there! I didn&#39;t want to assume anyone would always want the green one, so i&#39;ve included a plate at the end that has 8 other colour options. V1.1 Update<ul><li>Added a 3 high stand</li><li>Reduced diameter of stand pins from 5.9mm to 5.8mm to allow for easier installation as requested</li></ul>Also adding in here that you only need to print 1 plate of the stands. I have included 1x height, 2x height, and 3x height so that you can stack the white displays, but there is no need to print the other height versions (ie. if you want a 2x height, no need to print the 1x and 3x stands)&nbsp;&nbsp;Benchy Display Shelving unit&nbsp;I designed this with rough influences of other display units that I've seen floating around. I have printed a Benchy, plus a Mini Test Print card for each filament that I have used, so I wanted some way to integrate showing off both of these in a simple to print, neutral display shelf.&nbsp;The display shelf is 250mm long and fits 5 Benchy's and 5 corresponding Mini Test Print cards. I have angled the benchy for a more aesthetic look vs other display units that are either profile or directly head on. Benchy is sunk 5mm into the display stand for securing it in place with a 0.15mm gap for the loft.&nbsp;The display shelf can certainly stand alone on any surface, but I have also developed stands that you can slide the display shelf onto with 2 pins. The bottom display shelf will fit tight to hold the stand from skewing, and you can either print a single height stand or a double height stand.&nbsp;I have also included simple X clips for linking several of these display shelves in a horizontal manner. &nbsp;Last but not least I have included the 5mm tall Benchy Loft profile as a STP file for download in the event that you want to use it to subtract from your own 3D model and don't want to loft it yourself. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;NOTE:I take zero credit for the models of the Benchy and the Mini Test Print. I have included them in the 3MF file for the sole purpose of having an easy print from the file and to ensure that the models that you are printing are the ones compatible with the display stand. I have made zero changes from the originals and as such have not included them in the separate file download section. I needed a basic top handle for the brilliant gridfinity storage box <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/543553-gridfinity-storage-box-by-pred-now-parametric" rel="nofollow">https://www.printables.com/model/543553-gridfinity-storage-box-by-pred-now-parametric</a> . Handle is a basic lift-to-use, that should be CA'ed to location of your choice.The handle attaches with two m5 screws.For my needs I wanted to be able to attach it to any of the boxes, so created as pseudo-lid that it can be attached to (only 5x5 supplied), which I can move from box-lid to box-lid. Alternatively the handle could be attached to any lid (or any other gridfinity connector).

With the introduction of the Air-Stream-Freezer, our team set itself the task of developing a model for the Bambulab X series. The biggest challenge was to make it LIDAR compatible. Our team rose to this challenge, further developed the Air-Stream-Freezer and quickly designed the Air-Stream-Turbine. There is a split inlet and an asymmetrical outlet for the air supply. Due to the asymmetrical outlet, it is only possible to speak of 360 degrees in relative terms, which is why we have omitted the degree sign in our illustration and replaced it with an asterisk. In case of doubt, this model can be printed with only two walls and completely without infill with a 0.2 layer height. However, we recommend 3 walls with 10% infill and a layer height of 0.1, or 4 walls and 10% infill with a 0.2 nozzle. For all variants, a corresponding number of upper layers should be ensured. This means 5 layers with 0.2 and 10 layers with 0.1 layer height. The magnets that must be used are the same size as those used in the original Bambu Lab component. (4x2 &amp; 2x2) For design reasons it was not possible to use larger magnets. At the point where the smaller magnet has to be placed, care must be taken when slicing that &#34;recognize thin walls&#34; is selected, as the wall thickness at this point is very small. However, this does not matter, the magnet can still be glued in cleanly without any problems and will hold. With a 0.2 Nozzle there is no problem at all, which is why the High Quality and Ultra pressure profile is specially designed for a 0.2 Nozzle.  It is generally known that the subject of component cooling is viewed with a great deal of skepticism and suspicion. Many people always want proof. But how and with what could you prove something if the evidence proves nothing, because it cannot prove anything, as it could just as well be manipulated? Then there are always many theoretical things that could possibly prove something, but theory and practice are worlds apart. That&#39;s why we won&#39;t try to convince anyone here. Everyone has to convince themselves. We simply want to invite everyone to do a little mini-experiment that they can understand for themselves. Place a glass filled with water under the original fan and everyone will be able to see the same result with their own eyes. The largest bulge in the water surface will not be in the middle under the nozzle, although this is where it would make the most sense in principle. The bulging of the water surface of the Air-Stream turbine, on the other hand, is much more centrally located under the nozzle. Again, these are facts that anyone can see for themselves if they are willing to carry out this simple test. Because let&#39;s not kid ourselves, pictures of a comparison of two 4-sided overhang tests do not seem to be credible enough, which is why we are sparing ourselves a direct comparison this time. Last but not least, it should be noted that the component should only be printed by someone who can dismantle the original and assemble the reprinted one without help. We will not provide any help in this regard, nor will we encourage anyone to possibly destroy the front housing assembly of the printer. Or to put it another way, you dismantle at your own risk. One last point should be mentioned. This model can also be printed without infill and completely without support. Neither the model nor one of the four printing profiles can be held responsible in the event that it should become detached from the build plate during printing. We decided to add a GIF of a print (High Quality and Ultra print profile) to prove that with a clean build plate and well calibrated ABS filament it is possible to print successfully without support and without brim. For anyone else who may have difficulties, a brim could be added. However, this should not be an argument for rating the model or print profile poorly.  What is the difference between the print profiles? Die größte Herausforderung dabei war es, diesen LIDAR kompatibel zu designen. Dieser Herausforderung hat sich unser Team gestellt, den Air-Stream-Freezer weiterentwickelt und kurzer Hand die Air-Stream-Turbine konzipiert.  Auch heute möchte ich mich abermals bei dem gesamten Team bedanken, das abermals wieder jede freie Minute seit Monaten in die Entwicklung des Projektes investiert hat. Es gibt einen geteilten Einlass und einen asymmetrischen Auslass für die Luftzufuhr. Durch den asymmetrischen Auslass kann nur relativ von 360 Grad gesprochen werden, weshalb wir anstelle des Grad Zeichens in unserer Abbildung abgesehen und dies mit einem Sternchen ersetzt haben.Dieses Modell kann im Zweifelsfall mit nur zwei Wänden und komplett ohne Füllung mit einer 0.2 Schichthöhe gedruckt werden. Empfohlen wird allerdings 3 Wände mit 10% Füllung und einer Schichthöhe von 0.1, bzw. mit einer 0.2 Düse 4 Wände und 10% Füllung. Bei allen Varianten sollte auf entsprechend viel obere Schichten geachtet werden. Das heißt 5 Schichten bei 0.2 und 10 Schichten bei 0.1 Schichthöhe. Die Magneten die benutzt werden müssen, haben die selbe Größe wie die, die beim Original Bauteil von Bambu Lab verwendet wurden. (4x2 &amp; 2x2) Konstruktionstechnisch war es nicht anderes möglich größere zu verwenden. An der Stelle wo der kleiner Magnet platziert werden muss, muss beim Slicen darauf geachtet werden, dass „dünne Wände erkennen“ ausgewählt wird, da die Wandstärke an dieser Stelle sehr gering ist. Dies macht aber nichts, der Magnet kann trotzdem ohne Probleme sauber darin eingeklebt werden und wird halten. Mit einer 0.2 Nozzle gibt es dahingehend überhaupt keine Problem, weshalb das High Quality und Ultra Druckprofil speziell für eine 0.2 Nozzle ausgelegt ist.  Im allgemeinen ist bekannt, dass das Thema Bauteilkühlung mit viel Skepsis und Argwohn beäugt wird. Viele wollen immer Beweise. Aber wie und womit könnte man denn etwas beweisen, wenn die Beweise nichts beweisen, weil sie nichts beweisen können, da sie ebenso gut manipuliert sein können? Dann gibt es immer viele theoretische Dinge die womöglich etwas beweisen können, doch zwischen Theorie und Praxis liegen bekanntlich ja auch Welten. Deswegen werden wir hier auch nicht versuchen irgendjemanden zu überzeugen. Überzeugen muss sich schon jeder selbst. Wir wollen lediglich jeden einladen ein kleines für jeden selbst nachvollziehbares Miniexperiment zu machen. Stellt ein Glas mit Wasser gefüllt unter den Originallüfter und jeder wird dasselbe Ergebnis mit seinen eignen Augen wahrnehmen können. Die größte Ausbeulung der Wasseroberfläche wird nicht mittig unter der Nozzle sein, wo es prinzipiell allerdings am sinnvollsten wäre. Die Ausbeulung der Wasseroberfläche der Air-Stream-Turbine hingegen ist wesentlich mittiger und zentraler unter der Nozzle wiederzufinden. Das sind wiederum Tatsachen von denen sich jeder selbst überzeugen kann, sofern er gewillt ist, diesen einfachen Test zu machen. Denn machen wir uns nichts vor, Bilder von einem Vergleich zweier 4 Seiten-Überhangtests scheinen, so wir wir feststellten, nicht glaubwürdig genug zu sein, weshalb wir uns diesmal einen direkten Vergleich ersparen.  Zu guter Letzt sei noch darauf hingewiesen, dass das Bauteil nur jemand drucken sollte, der auch ohne Hilfe, den Originalen demontieren und den neu Gedruckten montieren kann. Es wird von uns dahin gehend keinerlei Hilfe geben, noch werden wir jemanden dazu zu animieren, womöglich die vordere Gehäusebaugruppe des Druckers zu zerstören. Oder nochmal anders ausgedrückt, sie demontieren auf eigene Gefahr. Ein allerletzter Punkt sei noch erwähnt. Dieses Modell kann auch ohne Infill und komplett ohne Unterstützung gedruckt werden. Weder das Modell noch eins der vier Druckprofile kann etwas dafür, für den Fall dass es sich während des Druckes von der Bauplatte womöglich lösen sollte. Wir haben uns entschieden extra eine GIF von einem Druck (High Quality und Ultra Druckprofil) hinzuzufügen, um zu belegen, dass es mit einer sauberen Bauplatte und gut kalibrierten ABS Filament problemlos möglich ist ohne Unterstützung und ohne Brim erfolgreich zu drucken. Für alle anderen, die womöglich Schwierigkeiten bekommen sollten, könnten ein Brim hinzufügen. A REMIX KEY-CHAIN VERSION CAN BE FOUND HERE: https://makerworld.com/en/models/502493 This articulated jumping spider comes in two versions.  The first is a single model with eyes. The second version has eye holes and you can either print the eyes separate in a different color or use flat-back beads. You will notice that both models have a small hook near the butt so that you can make these into key chains or hang them.   The models also will show 3 disc shapes near the legs.  These are 1 layer high.  If you use a brim ( which I recommend) these discs will help create a stronger brim to hold the legs securely while printing.  (see picture) If someone wants a version without the discs, let me know but I think most people will find them useful.  Alternatively you could lower the model into the build plate by your layer thickness and they would disappear. As for scaling.  This model can be shrunk a little bit but I would recommend looking at your slicer to see when the parts start fusing to determine how small you can print. the well-known torture taoster from clockspring with a double dovetail test.&nbsp;The dovetail test has a tolerance of 0.1mm.  Dovetail should be able to be pressed into the desired position with firm pressure.&nbsp;The 0.2mm height standard settings were used for slicing.&nbsp;Cold plate with glue works perfect for me.&nbsp;&nbsp;IMPORTANT: The print does not have to be perfect or beautiful. It is there to show what your printer can do and where improvements may need to be made (print adhesion / cooling / material ... etc.)

I have noticed a lot of people reaching out asking about how I get such clean/crisp light boxes so I decided i will just upload them into their own file. I personally seem to have even more consistent results when using my A1 over my P1s but both produce excellent results! You can always have the occasional wisp or weird little quirk but these profiles have gotten me hundreds of what I would consider perfect prints. I do my front plates at 1mm thickness unless i need to do shading but never any less since that can cause more imperfections to be seen! I included one of my custom files I have printed and sold for a reference and some pictures of finished prints using these profiles as well. I have always loved playing with aerodynamic flying Discs - Frisbees with a hole in the middle.&nbsp;Can be thrown from 100-200ft in testing depending on wind conditions.&nbsp;Unique Aerodynamic shape - offers the disc the ability to slide through the air with minimal friction compared to traditional frisbees or frisbee rings! &nbsp;<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000485323/design/2024-06-05_bc01e553dc43e.png"></figure>&nbsp;This is an example of what an airfoil/aerofoil looks like.
