Version 2.1 now available. Bag in a box wines can be quite good but the box they come in isn't. You have lift the box up, put the box on something or move the box to the edge of the counter to serve. This allows the wine to be served from the top so you can place your glass under the spout. Simply remove the bag from the box and place within the Top Serve Wine Box, snap the lid in place and then turn the knob until it becomes difficult to turn and the wine is ready to be served.
