My wife has wanted a clock she could easily see from the bed, without it lighting up the whole van. This bracket solves a couple of problems, meeting ate adage that things in the van should provide at leat two uses. We can charge our phones using a MagSafe charger, and we now have access to a clock using the iPhone's bedside clock mode when on charge. The phone will only display the time when touched, providing for no light leakage at any other time.
