Create your BaBo organizer! A system created to store them all!&nbsp;Description:This is the BaBo duo drawer module 30. It is a spin off from the BaBo organizer system and was designed to be used under the AMS. The <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/de/models/16351#profileId-15232" rel="nofollow noopener">AMS adapter</a> must be mounted at the top. If you want to place this module on your printer and dont use the <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/de/models/51390" rel="nofollow noopener">riser</a>, I recommend using the <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/de/models/14135#profileId-14112" rel="nofollow noopener">20mm feet</a> so that the drawer does not collide with the display.&nbsp;It is not compatible with the other [BaBo] organizer modules, but with the inserts!&nbsp;&nbsp;The usable dimensions of the drawer are 240x120x30.The drawer has space for 8x4 inserts. They are two drawersThe inserts have a grid of 30x30mm, this means a 1x2 insert has the dimensions 30x60mm.&nbsp;BaBo organizer is a stationary, very flexible system to store your tools, spare parts and even printing plates. The design is based on the iconic look of the Bambu Lab X1 printer. This is a spool winder for transferring filament from one spool to another. Inspired by the need to use certain filament spools for the Bambu Lab AMS. This build should speed up the process and give a nice tight winding. There is room for improvement, so feel free to give some feedback either on Printables or on the Youtube videos.This version is 100% 3D printed (not including the mounting screws). Future versions will use bearings and possibly a motor to drive the gears.The images show the assemblies mounted to a 2x6 for testing. The assemblies can be mounted to a similar board or to a base made from aluminum extrusions.&nbsp;Printing RecommendationsI used PLA while developing the spool winder. I would recommend using PETG, or Nylon CF, or other stronger, stiffer filament.The ‘worm’ gear can be tricky to print. In Bambu Lab Studio, I set the part upright and set support to tree (auto) and threshold angle at 10. Set a brim at 8mm.The gears are easy to print and require no support or post processing.The bases need some support and did well with tree (auto) and threshold angle of 30.I used 4 walls and 15% infill on most pieces. Note: This design only changes the stock magentic dock adapter with the Panda Touch, no changes to the Bambu lab printer parts&nbsp;*** Update to the full surround mount, I have included a small hole to allow access to the buckle on the stock screen to help remove in the future if needed, should be able to fit a small stock allen key. I have also add an additional full surround mount for those of you who have an AMS riser so it does not overhang the top of the printer. Both based on the request and testing by <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/u/3102863413" rel="nofollow noopener">rembomy</a> thanks for the help on this ***&nbsp;Completly updated my v1.0 mount thanks to Martin Löwe for pointing me in the direction of the step file on BTT github. This version creates a new magnetic dock so you don't use the one that came with the screen just some of the components of it.&nbsp;The parts you need to remove and transfer from the stock dock are:<ul><li>Charging circuit board + its 4 retaining screws</li></ul>Then you will need the following:<ul><li>5 x 8mm x 2mm magnets (I only have 3 remaining from some other jobs hence two missing in my picture)</li><li>2 x M3 x 12mm bolts for attaching the enclosure to the adaptor.</li></ul>Then to create the dock you (for images follow along on the images in the profile):<ol><li>Remove the circuit board from the original dock (4 x screws)</li><li>Replace the circuit board into the new dock using the 4 original screws (they cut thread into the printed part)</li><li>Glue the alignment pegs into the two shallow holes (this allows the part to print flat and minimise supports)</li><li>Check the polarity of the magnets on your screen and glue these into the 5 tight fitting holes so they will attract the screen</li></ol>I have made cable channels for either side of the screen and checked it doesn't hit any of the original screens buttons but any issues please shout so I can improve it for everyone. This also is no longer tight with the stock cable that comes with the Panda touch.
