MY FAVORITE COUNTER SO FAR! That said, here are a few notes to help you succeed with these awesome prints. Print just one set of parts first before committing to a whole plate. Enable ironing for top surface only under the quality tab. This makes the inner wheel spin more freely with less friction. Test fit your parts right away. If they don’t fit, don’t panic. Different filaments expand differently, so you may need to adjust compensation. For holes, try X-Y Hole Compensation (I used -0.02 with Choma filament and it worked great). If the wheel slides over the female end but the male and female parts won’t join, tweak X-Y Contour Compensation instead (start at -0.02). These shine on the smooth PEI plate. For the wheel with numbers 11–20, flip it upside down for sharper detail. Warning: it won’t want to stick! A light coat of hairspray (let it dry first) makes all the difference. With a few tweaks these counters come out beautifully and are well worth the effort.

Prints really well. My printer was not on a solid surface and the shaking caused banding on the upper layers of the print job. I didn't consider this as I print small parts typically. Banding in this design is extremely noticeable. Make sure your printer is on a rock steady table (which I utilized for my follow up prints, and they came out great) or purchase Bambus vibration reduction feet. Love the model, of course my kids keep steeeling my boxes when I print them, so that is a pretty good test they they are very attractive.
