The glass at the corners of my terrarium broke off, leaving a dangerously sharp edge exposed. I decided to design a simple cover in order to protect my fingers. They have 45° chamfers at the bottom, so you should be sure you can print that steep. I initially planned to print the inside with TPU and the outside with PLA, but the AMS does not (reliably) support TPU, so i just used PLA. The thickness of my glass is 4mm, but you can scale your cover according to the thickness of yours.

Print-in-place planetary gear spinner. Spins freely straight off the plate.&nbsp;I set up two print profiles for this model: Heavy outer ring - prints using 43g of filament to make the outer ring heavier. This gives it a bit more inertia, but feels heavier in the hand.Light outer ring - prints using 29g of filament. Feels lightweight in the hand and prints faster, but doesn't have as much inertia.&nbsp;Both spin great - I'd say pick the print profile based on how you want it to feel in the hand.

MAKE SURE to test the spinning direction before soldering. (The switch will slot into the back of the train; you will want to route the wires through the channel before soldering in place.</li><li>Add the drive wheels by pushing them onto the motor drive shafts</li><li>Push the wheel pins through the follower wheels (ensure they spin freely.) Hold one piece over the other and align the circles, then push down. There are only two types of track pieces. The first is a standard straight piece, and the other is a 22.5-degree curved piece. I ran across an online post that misspelled the word “angels”, and it got me thinking – why not make a set of actual “Christmas Angles.” So here they are, 8 Christmas Angle tree ornaments, marked in degrees and radians. Good for kids who are learning angles. The halos serve as attachment points for standard wire ornament hooks. &nbsp;The highlights shown in colors in the photos are raised above the rest of the ornament. I used this to print a different color for just those highest layers. But the raised areas are somewhat visible even on a monochrome print, and could also be easily highlighted with a marker or paint. &nbsp;I used a Bambu X1C that can swap colors during the print. Since there is only one color swap, it doesn’t create a lot of back-and-forth purging waste. &nbsp;The storage box has cavities for storing the hooks, as shown in the photos. &nbsp;This .3mf file uses PLA Silk for the box. To get the sides smooth I had to make the sides solid and use low speed. This would not be needed for other filaments. Also, there are some tricks in setting it up so that the head movement is continuous on the last layer before the embossed letters. Again, this would not matter for filaments other than PLA Silk (which shows any discontinuous movement as a scar). &nbsp;See the head movement in the “Preview” tab in the .3mf file – it is one continuous zigzag on the layer before the letters. The tricks to accomplish this include:(1) I redesigned the model so that everything was exactly an integer number of layers (in this case, 0.2mm). That way, the transition from flat surface to embossed letter occurs at a layer break.(2) I changed the upper 3 layers of the top surface to be their own body (in fusion 360 you can export .3mf, then import geometries to Bambu Studio, and the shape will consist of multiple bodies).(3) I changed the profile for the top-surface body to have more than 3 solid BOTTOM layers. That way, when the slicer gets to the top flat surface, it still thinks it is printing “solid infill”, and not a top layer. See slicer view colored by line type. That way it doesn’t “look ahead” and see the letters and freak out.(4) For reasons unknown to me, this only worked when I set that section to 1 Wall instead of 2 Walls.

The tongue makes the perfect stand for this Amazing module.&nbsp;Split the main ghost in two easy to print pieces. Orient the flat spots on the build plate and other than the supports for the pin holes no other supports are required.The mouth insert and tongue print out and fit great at 100% or what ever scale you desire.The eyes can be a bit tricky to pop into place, Study the module around the eyes and orient them correctly, placing the bottom part of the eye in place then pushing the rest in with a pen does the trick for me. If you have too much difficulty popping them in place try scaling them down 1%&nbsp;Make sure to put the mouth insert in place before attempting to press the teeth in. It just makes thing easier. I recently upgraded and bought my second printer (Bambu Lab X1C) and not only am I finding that I want to do prints on each printer with the same filament but some of my spools don't fit the AMS system.A lot of the existing respooler tools I found online were convoluted and required many parts and their own setup space. I wanted something that was quick, simple, and didn't take up space. This tool requires a 3/8" (9.5mm) Socket adaptor drill bit to simply plug into the end of the respooler, pull the trigger, and bam! Respooled. Just make sure that you set the drill to speed 1, and torque 6.
