Hi, my p1s’ bed leveling fails 60% of the time, stopping the print and sending me a notification. This has been happening for over three weeks. I tested to see if it would work without bed leveling, and it actually prints normally, and doesnt fail. Why does bed leveling fail but prints turn out okay? I have used multiple types of plates, and delubed and regreased Z rods.

Do textured build plates’ adhesion deteriorate over time? I’ve had a textured build plate for over a year, and to get it to work I have to slather the thing in glue now. Is this normal? Why does it deteriorate? I wash it with dish soap regularly, and avoid getting finger prints on the plate.
