I absolutely love this, the HOTO screwdriver slots in great and I use it everyday, my only complaint is the bits are slightly magnetic so when you try and grab one bit, the ones next to it will try and come with too.

Bed Adhesion Issue:I had a terrible issue with the small inner caps that prevent the desiccant from coming out all coming away from the print bed apart from literally one, every single time, and I must have tried printing the 4-5 times.
Aside from that I love these things and they are definitely helping towards keeping my ams humidity down in the 10-20%.
