I&#39;m a big fan of the Fallout game series. The latest release of Amazon&#39;s Fallout series energized the nerd inside of me to create this bit of my very own Vault-tec Pip-Boy techiness to dress-up my Apple Series 7 Watch (45mm).&nbsp;I included pics of the process to install the buttons and insert the button-side of the watch into the Pip-Boy before snapping the rest of the face onto the watch. The included print profiles include snug supports for a few overhanging areas and those are quick and easy to remove without needing tools. Please note that one profile is for a standard 0.4mm nozzle while the other is for a 0.2mm nozzle. Hey Maker World!&nbsp;This is my fully 3d printed disposable pocket knife. The idea is that once the blade dulls, the knife can be simply disposed of. The model is cheap and only used about 20 g or filament. &nbsp;This is a good idea if you need multiple knives as well. This model is safe and secure.&nbsp;The blade is a standard razor blade which is held securely by 1.75 mm filament ‘rivets’. Simply push the filament through the holes, heat up a butter knife or something else thats metal, and melt the rivets. These are three variations of warning extruding signs I first made with Fusion 360 and then made in MakerLab. The signs that were made in MakerLab are precolored in the .3mf file and all three fit on one plate if you want to print all three. The MakerLab signs are the ones labeled in the photos as MakerLab signs. The non labeled signs are the ones made in Fusion 360. For the signs made in Fusion 360, printing with all three colors at .2mm layer height, you will want to swap filaments at layers 6 and 11. Who doesn't need an extruding sign for their bathroom?

This is a remix of Unimatrixred&#39;s Luke Skywalker saber.&nbsp;I have remixed the emitter, neck, the grip and the pommel for easier printing and simplified building.&nbsp;You&#39;ll just need some CA glue to assemble and follow the photos. I assemble the emitter and switch box first then work my way up from the pommel.

AMS Dryer using chamber heat!&nbsp;INFO: Been testing this, and getting not “enough” drying from this! With only the “active dryer” i get slightly above 60% humidity.With Silica + “active dryer” I&#39;m getting around 30-40% humidity. (Almost as same as only Silica, so i think this mod maybe its not that efficient)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I have a lot of problem caused by humidity here in Brazil, and was trying to figure a way to lower the humidty, without making a hole in the AMS.&nbsp;The Humidity sensor is this really cheap one: <a target="_blank" href="https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DkDYObn" rel="nofollow noopener">https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DkDYObn</a>*It&#39;s not mandatory, there&#39;s a file “AMS Riser Right With tube, Without Higrometer hole”.&nbsp;The magnets are 4x 8x1,5mm: <a target="_blank" href="https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DkxNP2h" rel="nofollow noopener">https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DkxNP2h</a>&nbsp;The Hose i used has 24mm Inner diameter, I included the STEP file for mod if you want, or just send me a message with your common Hose diameter that i&#39;ll try to make this change!&nbsp;I just installed and it started lowering the Humidity, I&#39;ll make a timelapse to show the real decrease in humidity!&nbsp;&nbsp;I&#39;m still testing it, the airflow from the chamber fan is really low, I still don&#39;t know if it will be enough to dry the 4 filaments in the AMS.&nbsp;

Master Sword pen that is designed to use Pilot G2 ink refills (Gold and silver inks are available for extra fun). I designed the hilt for multiple color printing but looks very nice in all silver as well.<h3>Printing</h3>The model prints great with a 0.4mm nozzle. All pictures are printed with it at 0.08mm layer height. A 0.2mm nozzle will look better with finer details like the Triforce on the blade but is optional.&nbsp;Print at lower layer heights for better detail and smoother feel while handling.&nbsp;Supports are necessary for the hilt at the section that the blade inserts into. Supports also helps with the blade top since it is very narrow on the plate and could jostle loose. The screw must be printed vertically for best detail and function.&nbsp;I printed the blade in Bambu Labs Basic PLA Silver. This filament gave a very smooth and satisfying to touch finish without paint. I had to print on separate plates to achieve it since unsightly bulges appeared when the nozzle moved between parts to often. This is most likely due to the tall and skinny profile of the parts.<h3>Assembly</h3>The hilt prints in two halves for better detail and less filament waste on purges. Remove supports and glue halves together. Alignment is important for appearance and part fitment.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:32.89%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/549416/2024-02-01_8fcaf10bf4d81.png"></figure>&nbsp;The blade top inserts into the hilt. Friction fitting will hold but glue can be used for a more permanent assembly.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:30%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/549416/2024-02-01_43c74889e437e8.png"></figure>&nbsp;Slide Pilot G2 refill cartridge into blade body. It will not go all the way in. The fitment is purposely tight for better feel while using as a pen.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:30%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/549416/2024-02-01_944e3f5ee510a8.png"></figure>&nbsp;Slowly screw in the blade top into the blade body. You will feel a slight resistance as the screw pushing against the ink cartridge. Continue till the parts align flush. DO NOT over tighten to avoid damage to the threads. There is a slight over tightening allowance but you will not be able to get an additional turn without damaging the parts.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:31.67%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/549416/2024-02-01_80381d0adb3148.png"></figure>&nbsp;To remove the ink cartridge, unscrew the top and press the tip against a piece paper. There should be a slight pop as the the pen tip aligns with the blade tip. The cartridge should just shake out now.

PLA is known to warp in these temperatures and so is not recommended.</li><li>Assembly is entirely snap-together (see the assembly video in this post). This was done to make the model more accessible by not requiring people to get hardware. Also, the custom pins sit flush with the outer surfaces and don&#39;t protrude, thus keeping the design more compact and not interfering with the phone.</li><li>Parts are oriented in the print profile for ideal strength and appearance. If you&#39;re printing from the STLs, refer to the “3D preview” on this page to see how everything is oriented (this may be more obvious for experienced 3D printer users).</li></ul>

This Print Profile includes all the components you need to upgrade your AMS to use loose (silica gel) desiccant. And the additional Dry Pods allow the AMS to hold more desiccant, which will mean longer times between refreshes.&nbsp;This has been done before, in many different combinations, but I couldn&#39;t find one that met all my needs. I feel that this remix contains the best combination of AMS Dry Pod and Desiccant Containers that are currently available, and I added a Funnel to help load them with silica.  There are 3 parts included that can hold the hygrometer, only print one: 1) a Shallow Hole version with slots for the hygrometers with 30 degree tabs that can hold more desiccant, 2) a Shallow Hole version with slots for the hygrometers with vertical tabs that can hold more desiccant, and 3) a Thru Hole version with 30 degree slots for the hygrometer tabs, designed by FLAP_design, where the hole for the hygrometer goes all the way through the pod. The top of the Desiccant Containers is split into two parts. The lower part should be glued on, and the upper snapped in after desiccant is added. They are easy to remove and replace the desiccant in.&nbsp;I used this desiccant: <a target="_blank" href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QRRHJV3" rel="nofollow noopener">https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QRRHJV3</a>&nbsp;To refresh the desiccant; pour it into a glass tray, place in the microwave for 2 minutes. Let it cool, then pour it back into the Dry Boxes. DO NOT put the Dry Boxes in the microwave! The desiccant gets VERY hot and will melt the Dry Boxes.&nbsp;Note that the Dry Pods will also work with the Hydra spool tray.Or if you are using the factory Bambu AMS spool tray then after inserting the Desiccant Containers, the original AMS dessicant covers can be snapped on top of them.&nbsp;With fresh desiccant, the humidity was down to 10% after a couple of hours, and it has stayed there for over 2 months now.&nbsp;24/4/7Added Pod for round hygrometers with vertical tabs.&nbsp;24/06/13V3.3 version adds an extension to the Funnel that allows it to cover Wide Dry Pods so desiccant is not lost when filling them. Toilet paper holder quick release, simply push the old roll out with the new one for the arms to then hold the new roll in place. I&#39;ve thought about this idea a few years back but always felt I didn&#39;t have time to sit down and design something until now, this has taken a few days to design and develop to what it is now, hope you guys have fun with it. This comes with a couple of thumb screws to secure the arms into place, there is a Left and Right arm marked L &amp; R these letters should be facing you. The arms will require a brim when printing due to the tip not having much surface area to hold down to, no support required and the thumb screws will simply screw into the base unit. I used 3M double sided command stips to secure onto the wall however if required I can put a couple of holes for screws within the model, just ask. Happy printing V2 Print profile I have now ameanded the print profiles and added a modifier to the screws to include 100% infill for the threads, this was pointed out by a recent member, I personally didn&#39;t have any problems with any infill issues, this will not harm the operation of the product a slight improvement of the strength of the threads. <img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/848675/2024-04-11_8b6fb5bd0368.jpg">
