i saw a similar design some time ago but did not find it again, so i created my own. There are two versions for 1inch ( = pipes 25.4mm) and 24mm (broomstick) It can be mounted with 2 or with 4 screws on the wall (if you only use 2 screws -→ use the top holes for mounting)
