Very cool design and printed very well. I ended up using the plastic spacers for now until I can get the dowel and bearings in, and opted for a m3 nylock nut with the m3x18 hinge screw to keep the right tension balance between solid blade and smooth action and it works great. I had a bit of trouble getting the blade in the holder at first, but a little working and wiggling got it to fit right where it needs to be. I did have the lock/catch snap on me, but it's a 13min print on the P2S. The dowel is probably definitely worth the upgrade at the very least.

Tolerance is a little on the loose side resulting in a bit of rotational energy lost from bounce/wobble between teeth, but spins freely and printed well.
