We’re Scramblix—a small team dedicated to building useful, open-source hardware for makers. While our early work focuses on Bitaxe upgrades and accessories, our scope goes beyond mining. From electronics enclosures to cooling solutions and automation tools, we’re committed to designing things that just work. We value clean prints, minimal assembly, and community feedback. Follow our journey as we grow and bring more problem-solving designs to life.

Design Story
HexGrid was designed around the idea that Bitaxe miners shouldn’t be treated as standalone objects. Instead of a larger box, each miner becomes a building block. The hexagonal shape tiles naturally, adds structural strength, and creates consistent airflow when units are linked together. Every case works on its own, but is designed to scale cleanly—mechanically, visually, and thermally—as more units are added.

Born from two noisy Bitaxe boards cluttering a desk, the Bitaxe Center was made to bring order, silence, and scalability. We wanted an enclosure that looked like a real industrial miner — rugged, efficient, and built for performance — not a rough DIY setup. Built around our DualSink cooling system, it delivers stronger thermal performance and supports safe overclocking. More than a fix, it’s a community project for makers seeking quiet, efficient, and professional setups.

🚀 Introducing the Bitaxe DualSink – Better Cooling, Better Hashing
I just finished a cooling upgrade for the Bitaxe Gamma 601 called the DualSink.
Why bother?
Keeps temps stable during long sessions ✅
Perfect for overclocking without throttling ✅
Simple install with just 4 screws and a thermal pad ✅
If you’re running your Bitaxe hard (or plan to push it harder), this is a simple upgrade that really makes a difference.

We’re a small team focused on bringing practical, well-tested designs to the open-source hardware space. The Bitaxe Hive is a fully enclosed alternative to the stock stand—designed for better protection, clean cable routing, and ease of assembly. We’ve invested heavily in R&D and plan to release more open-source Bitaxe accessories soon. If you’d like to support us, a follow or shoutout @scramblix on X or Instagram goes a long way. Thanks for being here.
