Designed this bellmouth intake to improve the A1 toolhead fan’s airflow and reduce noise. After several design iterations and CFD tests, this final version gives smoother inflow, better cooling efficiency, and quieter operation. Simulations showed roughly 7–14% more airflow and reduced turbulence at the fan face. Prints easily and snaps onto the toolhead fan without supports.
