can someone tell me when you buy something from makerworld and you never get it what are the next steps you have to take ? i already have opened a ticket and they never got back to me ? so i dont know what eles to do?

it’s my second print ever, but some of the tools don’t fit. Channel is too narrow for the tube that holds the needle and both Allen wrench tools don’t fit at the elbow
